Shareholders Representative Council

The main task of the Shareholders Representative Council is to supervise how Longshield Investment Group ‘s Asset Management Company is fulfilling its duties. The detailed list of Longshield Investment Group SRC attributions are specified in Longshield Investment Group ‘s Act of Incorporation. The Longshield Investment Group SRC consists of 3 members, all natural persons, appointed by the General Assembly of the Shareholders for a 4 years mandate.
