SAI Muntenia Invest SA, the asset management company of SIF Muntenia SA, informs that in the Shareholders General Ordinary Meeting held on 07.09.2020 Mr. Sergiu Mihailov was elected as Member of the Board of Directors for 4 years mandate starting from 05.10.2020, as result of the expiration of Mrs. Florica Trandafir administrator mandate.

The appointment of Mr. Sergiu Mihailov will be submitted to the approval of the Financial Supervisory Authority and the date from which the new member of the Board of Directors actually exercises his mandate is the date of the authorization by the FSA.

Following the vacancy of the position of the president of the board of directors starting from 05.10.2020 as result of the expiration of Mrs. Florica Trandafir administrator mandate, the Shareholders General Ordinary Meeting of SAI Muntenia Invest SA elected Mr. Adrian Simionescu as the President of the Board of Directors. Mr. Adrian Simionescu will fulfill the position as the President of the Board of Directors starting from 05.10.2020 until 20.08.2021, the date of expiration of his administrator mandate.
