Ever since 2011, the Board of Directors of the Asset Management Company of Longshield Investment Group (former SIF Muntenia) decided that the Fund will voluntarily comply with the regulations of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) Corporate Governance Code.

Compared to other Romanian companies listed on BVB, Longshield Investment Group is a particular case due to the fact that it is managed by an Asset Management Company and it does not have its own Board of Directors or its own Executive Management.
