The incident was identified on 19 October 2026, the day immediately following its occurrence, and the necessary investigation and remediation measures were taken immediately.

The longshield.ro website is a corporate presentation website through which information about Longshield Investment Group, its development, and its press releases is published. The website does not provide online services and does not allow users to create accounts. Interested persons may send messages through the contact form available on the website.

The incident did not affect the critical and important services and functions of SAI MUNTENIA INVEST SA, which are operating normally. SAI MUNTENIA INVEST SA’s IT systems are separate from the longshield.ro website and were not affected.

SAI MUNTENIA INVEST SA has notified the competent authorities and is cooperating with them in analysing the incident. The website’s security measures have been strengthened, and its operations are proceeding normally.
