SAI Muntenia Invest SA, the Investment Manager of SIF Muntenia SA, informs that, in the meeting held on 05.01.2021, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Sergiu Mihailov as Corporate Management Director.

The appointment of Mr. Sergiu Mihailov will be submitted to the approval of the Financial Supervisory Authority and the date of beginning the exercise of attributions, respectively of the 4- year term, is the date of the authorization by the FSA.
