SAI Muntenia Invest SA, the asset management company of SIF Muntenia SA, informs the investors that, starting from 01.10.2020, the mandate of Mrs. Florica Trandafir as Corporate Executive Manager has ceased by agreement of the parties.

According to the decision taken by the Board of Directors on 29.09.2020, starting from 01.10.2020, until the nomination of a person for this position and the approval by the Financial Supervisory Authority, the attributions of the Corporate Executive Manager position are taken over by the C.E.O.

The Board of Directors thanks Mrs. Florica Trandafir for the entire activity submitted within SAI Muntenia Invest SA.
