In accordance with the legal provisions, we hereby submit the Financial Calendar of SIF MUNTENIA SA for 2020, updated following the decision on the convening of SIF MUNTENIA SA Shareholders General Ordinary Meeting for 23/24.04.2020:

| 5 | Presentation of the first half report and individual financial results for H1 2020 | August 13, 2020 |
| 6 | Presentation of the quarterly report and financial results for Q3 2020 | November 10, 2020 |
The events representing teleconferences and/or meetings with the financial analists and investors for the presentation of the financial results will be communicated later, as the case may be.
