Financial Supervisory Authority request for amendment/addition to the April 23/24, 2020 OGSM Convening Notice

SAI Muntenia Investment SA, the Investment Manager of SIF Muntenia SA, informs the investors that, by letter no. VPI/2437/19.03.2020 received at the company in 06.04.2020, after the communication of the letter no. VPI/3035/06.04.2020, the Financial Supervisory Authority required the amendment/ addition of the agenda from the Convening Notice of the Shareholders General Ordinary/ Shareholders General Extraordinary Meeting (S.G.O.M./S.G.E.M.) for 23/24.04.2020.

We inform the investors that the Investment Manager of SIF Muntenia SA will publish the Convening Notice of the S.G.O.M. for 23/24.04.2020 with the Agenda revised/completed according to the requirements specified in the letter no. VPI/2437/19.03.2020 received today, 06.04.2020.
