FSA authorization of a new Board of Directors Member

SAI Muntenia Invest SA the Asset Management Company of SIF Muntenia SA informs the investors that the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) authorized the changes in SAI Muntenia Invest Board of Directors as a result of the appointment of Mr. Sergiu Mihailov as member of the Board, in accordance with the Resolution of the September 7th 2020 Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting.
