Nomination and Remuneration Committee

SAI Muntenia Investment SA, the Investment Manager of SIF Muntenia SA, informs the investors that, in the meeting held on 22.07.2020, the Board of Directors approved the supplementation of duties of the Remuneration Committee and renamed it as the Nomination and Remuneration Committee for the activity of SAI Muntenia Investment SA and for the managed entities. The component remains the same, namely Mrs. Dorina Teodora Mihăilescu – president; Mr. Adrian Simionescu – member.
