SIF Muntenia’s 2020 Financial Calendar
In accordance with the legal provisions, we hereby submit the Financial Calendar of SIF MUNTENIA SA for 2020:
| 1 | Presentation of the preliminary financial results for 2019 | February 28, 2020 |
| 2 | General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the financial statements for 2019 | the last ten-days period of April 2020Note |
| 3 | Presentation of the annual report and individual financial statements for 2019 | within 24 hours from GSM approval |
| 4 | Presentation of the quarterly report and financial results for Q1 2020 | May 15, 2020 |
| 5 | Presentation of the first half report and individual financial results for H1 2020 | August 13, 2020 |
| 6 | Presentation of the quarterly report and financial results for Q3 2020 | November 10, 2020 |
The events representing teleconferences and/or meetings with the financial analists and investors for the presentation of the financial results will be communicated later, as the case may be.
Note
The information regarding the dates for the events presented at the 2nd and 3rd items shall be communicated after the Investment Manager of SIF MUNTENIA SA decides on the convening of the General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the financial statements for 2019.
