The decrease of SIF Muntenia’s share capital

The Financial Supervisory Authority has issued the Certificate no. AC–400-5/19.08.2020 of registering of the S.I.F. Muntenia S.A. share capital decrease following the S.G.E.M. Decision on 11.03.2020. The share capital decreased from 80,703,651.5 lei to 78,464,520.10 lei, respectively from 807,036,515 shares to 784,645,201 shares with a nominal value of 0.1 lei / share.

As a result of the share capital decrease, the features of the issuer S.I.F. Muntenia S.A. (CUI 3168735, J40/27499/1992) are as follows:

• Share capital 78,464,520.10 lei;
• Share number 784,645,201;
• Face value 0.10 lei / share.
