The FSA authorization for amendments to SIF Muntenia’s Act of Incorporation – share capital decrease

The Financial Supervisory Authority has authorized the changes in the “Memorandum of Association of SIF Muntenia”as a result of the decrease of the share capital from 80.703.651,50 lei to 78.464.520,10 lei, in accordance to the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders no.4 of March 11, 2020.
