The FSA endorsement for the management contract concluded between SIF Muntenia and it’s Asset Management Company – SAI Muntenia Invest

SIF Muntenia SA, through its Investment Manager SAI Muntenia Invest SA, informs the investors that, by Approval no. 165/22.07.2020, the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF), approved the management contract concluded between SIF Muntenia SA și SAI Muntenia Invest SA, based on the S.G.O.M. Decisions no. 9, 10 and 11 held on 23.04.2020.
